Jessica lived in India for four years where she cultivated a desire to learn more about Eastern mystic traditions. Her teaching is rooted in 15 years of yoga and meditation practice and she became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2009. Jessica remains a passionate student of yoga so as to deepen her knowledge and share the timeless teachings with her students as yoga continues to evolve.
Drawing from the traditions of Iyengar and Anusara yoga for her teaching, students will experience an interweaving awareness of inner body strength and fluid expression. Using breath and alignment principles, students are lead deep into their own inner landscape of the mind and body. Her classes offer creative sequencing, strengthening postures and graceful movement set to inspiring music, enabling students to evolve greater Self awareness on and off the mat.
Jessica believes the most effective way to become connected to your body is through regular practice and patience, leading you to acknowledge and accept the uniqueness of yourself. From here you will always reach your fullest potential. |
